A picture tells a thousand words

My blog has been getting a bit text heavy recently,so I thought it was time for some photos. Olof and I have been busy getting away at the weekends, so here are a selection of pictures from our trips away.

• Weekend of 16th and 17th February - visited Mulkirigala rock temples, and the giant Buddha at Wewurukannala

• General pictures of food, family etc

• Weekend of 23rd and 24th February, visited Ella in the hill country

• Weekend of 1st and 2nd March, visited Sinharaja forest reserve with some other CWW volunteers

• Weekend of 8th and 9th March climbed Adam's peak the hard way (a 20 mile round trip, departing at 5pm and pretty much walking solidly until 1 o'clock the next day, after which time my legs had stopped working. I am still unable to walk)
